  Really poor service; I took my laptop for installing a new Windows on its Drive C but the guy in charge of the shop negligently formatted Drives D and E, deleting all of my photos, videos, electronic books, papers, etc. The impolite staff did not even apologize and scolded me for not having the files backed up!!!! I am going to put a formal complaint against such an impolite, negligent and pathetic business and service.
