  One of the ladies was very rude when my friend asked to redeem a monopoly voucher he had. Just because he'd forgotten to redeem it at the paying window. He'd forgotten he had it and found it in his wallet when we were at the collection window. She didn't have to be so rude about her explanation. He asked politely if it was possible to redeem it and she went off on a tangent in a very rude tone.
  
  I understand they're busy and whatnot, but there's no need to be rude when all a customer did was ask a question. I believe she was a manager too, she had a different uniform.
