  Quiet Sunday afternoon. Ordered a burger off the menu, no special requirements, and it took 1hr10 mins to turn up. My girlfriend ordered at the same time, however she was told after 1h30 mins of waiting that “your ticket was put in the bin, what did you order?” 1hr50 mins later, the food arrived. Definitely do not go here. Woeful service.
