  I popped into this salon yesterday to get some advice on hair extensions being a hair dresser for 13 years I have always had short hair and I have never had hair extensions before so I was looking for more information on them.
  As I walked in I was greeted by 2 people I asked if some one was free to talk about my hair you know a consultation and was asked what I was looking for, so I explained again not knowing the knowledge side of hair extensions I was looking for them to tell me
  I felt like the customer service was very very bad the beautician spoke to me more than the hairdresser but I felt like there knowledge was not there I was told they would ring me in half hour to give me a price on how much it would be.if i could I would not even put 1 star up as I feel like as a new client I wasn't treated as a client and wont be going there to get my hair extensions done
