  Please avoid these people at all costs. Rats, locked fire escapes and dangerous leaks through electrical wiring. We had our 'office' painted professionally to cover the stains on the wall and had the smelly carpet cleaned. We left when we started seeing rats and they are refusing to give our deposit back.
