  Staff are usually always friendly and helpful. There are 4 self service booths outside to browse and buy tickets. There is also a manned desk inside. At off-peak times you can buy tickets at the Ben & Jerry's ice cream bar.
  There is a large selection of ice cream and the options for core sundaes as well as a selection of cones.
  There is a Costa Coffee shop inside as well as The Gallery, where for a premium price you get unlimited soft drinks, popcorn and snacks. This is only available for a small selection of films.
  
  After you hand your ticket over to be checked, they tell you where your screen is located. You can then purchase snacks, drinks, hot dogs, ice cream etc before going to your screen.
  
  There is a choice of standard or premier seating. In my opinion the standard is more comfortable than the premier seating to which there is an additional charge.
  
  All screens are of a good standard with the exception of the imax screen which is massive.
  You need 3D glasses to view films in the 3D screen. These are available when purchasing tickets.
  
  Access to the cinema is on level ground as well as to all screens, and there is a lift up to the gallery screen.
