  Highly recommended. I hadn't been able to run without pain for over 2 years after a calf injury. As well as massage, Matt Spicer gave me a rehab plan starting with easier exercises increasing to harder exercises as my leg strengthened, tailored to how I was doing. I'm really happy that I am back to running and playing basketball as a result. Good value for money as well. Much better than other physios that I have been to before.

  I visited this practice numerous times prior to running the London Marathon. I think they must have treated part of both legs and I must admit, with a hamstring injury a week before I thought it was going to be an injury too far. The staff are extremely professional and they all looked after me very well. I recommend this practice unreservedly. BTW, I got to the start line and completed the Marathon in a very respectable time. Thank you!!
