  Messy store. Like a jumble sale. Changed hours with no posters (9 to a 9.30 opening) and then we're rude to waiting customers. Disappointing. Value doesn't have to mean contempt.

  Awful awful manager called Carl at this store, bought a set of trainers within a week the thread started to untangle, the manager said that I deliberately did it, no apology and refused an exchange, stinking attitude. Took them to Cardiff bay and no problem they couldn't understand what the fuss was!! The staff are clearly miserable with such a sorry excuse of a manager at this store. He seems to think he's an expert in damaged Nike trainers. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND GO TO THE CARDIFF BAY BRANCH.. AVOID THIS ONE! I have now written a formal complaint against the manager, hopefully sports direct will do the right thing and get rid of the bad apple of this store, a colleague even confirmed this man is a nightmare on the way out and apologised!!

  I had 2 very helpful friendly staff who helped me find exactly what I wanted. They couldn't do enough for me and went back and forth to find footwear about 7 times! Great stuff (:
